This Policy explains what personal data Gudini processes, why, with whom it is shared, how long it is kept and how you can delete it. The Russian version follows below and has the same structure. This Policy applies to the website and every section of it (video projects, Carousels, Threads, Balances).

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Gudini (in Russian: Гудини) is operated by its individual owner — a sole operator, not a company (the “Operator”, “we”). The Operator decides how and why your data is processed and is the data controller for the purposes of this Policy.

Contact: e-mail gudov.market@gmail.com. This is the channel for all privacy requests; we answer within 30 days.

The Operator is located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and this Policy is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. What Gudini is and who can use it

Gudini is an AI studio for short vertical videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. The flow:

1. You enter a topic; the AI writes a script of about 60 seconds.
2. You record the video on camera with the built-in teleprompter, or upload a ready video.
3. The service edits it automatically: 9:16 crop at 1080×1920, loudness normalisation, word-level subtitles, b-roll inserts, speech cleanup, and an AI-generated cover that looks like you (if you provided a face reference photo).
4. You publish the result to the platforms you connected, or download the MP4.

Other sections of the site: Carousels (AI-generated image carousels), Threads (a separate service that can post to Threads through the Threads API; by default it runs in draft / dry-run mode and publishes nothing until you explicitly enable publishing), and Balances (a spend journal that shows what third-party AI APIs cost per project).

Access is private. The site is password-protected; the Operator issues the password personally to the creators and streamers they work with. There is no public self-registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use Gudini.

3. What data we process

3.1 Content you provide

• Topic text and any notes you type for a script, carousel or post.
• Scripts (written by the AI and edited by you), and the titles, descriptions and hashtags you edit.
• Video and audio you record with the built-in teleprompter or upload for editing. A recording may contain your face, your voice and anything visible or audible in it.
• An optional face reference photo. It is used only to generate AI covers that look like you. You can skip it, replace it or remove it in Settings at any time.

3.2 Generated materials

• Edited videos (9:16, 1080×1920), audio after speech cleanup, and intermediate render files.
• Transcripts and subtitles with word-level timings.
• Cover concepts and AI-generated cover images; AI-generated carousel images.
• AI-generated titles, descriptions and hashtags, and the editorial notes produced during planning.

3.3 Platform connection data

When you connect a platform in Settings → Connected accounts, you sign in on the platform's own page through its official OAuth flow. Gudini never sees, asks for or stores your platform password. After you approve, the platform sends us the following — and nothing more:

• Instagram — Instagram API with Instagram Login; permissions instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_content_publish and instagram_business_manage_insights. We receive and store: an access token, the ID of your Instagram professional account, your username (used as a label showing which account is connected), and the statistics of your own posts and account described in section 3.4.
• YouTube — YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API; scopes youtube.upload, youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly. We store: an access token, a refresh token, your channel ID and channel title (label), and the statistics of your own videos and channel described in section 3.4.
• TikTok — Login Kit and Content Posting API; scopes user.info.basic, video.upload and video.publish. We store: an access token, a refresh token, your open_id, and your display name (label).
• Threads (Threads section) — Threads API; permissions threads_basic and threads_content_publish. We store: an access token, your Threads user ID, and your username (label).

Tokens are stored on the server only — never in your browser and never in a cookie — and are used solely for the purposes listed in section 4.

3.4 Publication results and statistics of your own posts

After a publication we store what the platform returns: the post or media ID, the URL of the published post, the status message and the timestamp. This lets you see in the project whether the publication succeeded.

To show you how your posts perform, Gudini reads the statistics of the posts on your own connected accounts — including posts you published outside Gudini — and the follower count of those accounts. YouTube and Instagram are read through their official APIs every 3 hours; TikTok is read from TikTok Studio every 12 hours in the session you signed in to in Gudini's dedicated TikTok browser. We store for each post: its ID, link, title or first line of the caption, publication date, duration, and aggregate numbers — views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, follows from the post, profile visits, average watch time, the share of viewers who scrolled away in the first seconds, and the completion rate — plus the history of these numbers and of the follower count. These are counts only: we do not receive who viewed, liked or followed, the texts of comments, or messages. The statistics are shown only to you, in Publications → Statistics.

3.5 Technical data and cookies

• One functional cookie, gudini_auth. It is HTTP-only, contains a hash of the site password (not the password itself) and expires after 30 days. It exists only to keep you signed in.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, pixels, SDKs or fingerprinting of any kind are used on the site.
• Standard server logs kept by the hosting provider: IP address, request path and timestamp. They are used for security and troubleshooting only.

3.6 Cost journal

For each project we record the amounts spent on third-party AI APIs (script generation, transcription, image generation). The journal contains the project topic and the amounts; it contains no other personal data.

3.7 What we do not collect

Gudini does not collect payment details, platform passwords, contacts or address books, precise location, or data from your other social accounts. We do not read the list of your followers, your direct messages, the texts of comments, or other people's data. The only insights we read are the aggregate numbers of your own posts and accounts described in section 3.4, and we do not use the permissions we request for anything except what is described in this Policy.

4. Why we process data and on what legal basis

Legal bases are described in the terms of the EU GDPR; they apply equally wherever you are.

• Providing the service you asked for — writing the script, editing the video, generating covers and metadata, storing your projects, and publishing to the platforms you connected when you click “Publish”. Basis: performance of a contract (the Terms of Service).
• Connecting platforms and publishing on your behalf. Basis: your consent, given on the platform's OAuth screen. You can withdraw it at any time (section 8).
• Showing the statistics of your own posts (section 3.4) and, when you press “Analysis”, comparing your best and worst posts. Basis: your consent, given on the platform's OAuth screen for the statistics permissions; withdraw it by disconnecting the account.
• Generating covers with your likeness. Basis: your consent, given by uploading a face reference photo. Withdraw it by removing the photo in Settings.
• Access control, security, abuse prevention, server logs and the authentication cookie. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping a private service private and secure.
• Keeping the cost journal and responding to your requests. Basis: our legitimate interest in running the service, and legal obligations where records must be kept by law.

We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not use your data for marketing.

5. Instagram and Meta Platform Data

This section describes how Gudini handles data received from Meta platforms — Instagram and Threads (“Platform Data”) — in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.

What we receive

Through the Instagram API with Instagram Login, using the permissions instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish, we receive an access token, your Instagram professional account ID and your username. Using instagram_business_manage_insights, we receive the list of your own posts with their links, dates and captions, the aggregate statistics of each post (views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares, follows, profile visits, average watch time of Reels and the share of viewers who skipped a Reel in the first seconds) and your follower count. Through the Threads API, using threads_basic and threads_content_publish, we receive an access token, your Threads user ID and your username. Nothing else is requested or received.

What we use it for

1. To publish the video and the cover you created in Gudini as a Reel on your own Instagram professional account (or as a post on your own Threads account) — only when you click “Publish”, and only with the caption you approved.
2. To display the username of the connected account in Settings, so that you can see which account will receive the publication.
3. To show you, and only you, how your own posts perform and how your follower count changes (Publications → Statistics), and — when you press “Analysis” — to compare your best and worst posts so you can decide what to make next.

What we never do with it

• We do not use Platform Data for advertising, for measuring or profiling anyone other than you, or for building or enriching user profiles. Statistics are used only to report your own posts' results back to you.
• We do not sell it, license it, or share it with data brokers or any other third party.
• We do not use it, or any content received from Meta, to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.
• We do not read or store the list of your followers, your messages, the texts of comments, or any data about other Instagram or Threads users. The insights we read are the aggregate numbers of your own posts and account only.

Who it is shared with

Platform Data is transmitted to Meta's own API endpoints (graph.instagram.com and the Threads API) in order to perform the publication you requested and to read your posts' statistics. Only when you press “Analysis” are the captions and statistics of your posts sent to Anthropic (Claude, section 6) to write that analysis for you. The access token is never sent to any AI provider, stock-media provider or any other processor listed in section 6.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

Tokens and account labels are stored server-side only, transmitted over HTTPS, never placed in your browser or in cookies, and accessible only to the Operator.

When it is deleted

We delete Platform Data (tokens, account IDs, usernames, post statistics) when any of the following happens: you delete the account in Settings → Connected accounts → Delete; you remove Gudini in Instagram (Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites); you ask us by e-mail (section 8); Meta revokes or invalidates the app's access; or the Operator removes it. If you or Meta revoke access, we delete the related Platform Data as soon as we detect the revocation and no later than 30 days afterwards. Videos and covers already published to your account remain on Instagram or Threads under their own terms; you manage them there.

Compliance

We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. On Meta's request we will confirm deletion of Platform Data and demonstrate how it is used, stored and deleted.

6. Third parties that process data for us

We use the following providers. Each receives only what is needed for its step, under its own privacy terms, and none of them may use your data for its own purposes. Platform tokens are never sent to any of them except the platform that issued them.

• Railway (hosting) — runs the application and stores the database and files: projects, videos, covers, tokens and logs. All traffic is over HTTPS. A rendering worker may also run on the Operator's own computer; project files move between it and the server over HTTPS and are stored with the same protections.
• Anthropic (Claude) — receives the topic, script text, titles and editorial notes to write scripts and to generate metadata (titles, descriptions, hashtags) and cover concepts; and, when you press “Analysis” in Publications → Statistics, the titles or captions and the statistics of your own posts, to write that analysis.
• OpenRouter — receives the same kind of text (topic, scripts, titles) and routes it to AI text and image models for script, carousel and cover-concept generation.
• OpenAI (Whisper) — receives the audio track of your video for speech-to-text transcription used in subtitles.
• ElevenLabs — receives the audio track of your video for audio processing and speech-to-text transcription with word-level timings.
• Runway — receives the cover concept text and, if you provided one, your face reference photo, to generate AI cover images.
• Pexels, Pixabay, Openverse, Wikimedia Commons, archive.org and Codex web search — receive only the search query text used to find b-roll footage and illustrations. No personal data is sent to them.
• Meta (Instagram API, Threads API), Google (YouTube Data API v3) and TikTok (Login Kit, Content Posting API) — receive the video, the cover and the caption / title / description / hashtags for publication, using the tokens you authorised.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the Operator or of users; we will inform you where the law allows.

7. How long we keep data

• Projects and their files (topic, scripts, uploaded and edited video, audio, subtitles, covers, publication results, cost journal): until you delete the project (Delete in the project list) or the Operator deletes it. There is no automatic long-term archive; deleting a project deletes its files.
• Platform tokens and account labels: until you remove the account in Settings → Connected accounts → Delete, revoke access on the platform, or request deletion — or until the Operator removes them. Expired tokens are refreshed only to keep publishing working.
• Face reference photo: until you replace or remove it in Settings, or ask us to delete it.
• Authentication cookie gudini_auth: 30 days from sign-in, or until you sign out.
• Server logs: per the hosting provider's defaults, typically up to 30 days.
• Records we must keep by law (for example accounting records, which may include the cost journal): for the period the law requires.

8. How to delete your data

Deletion is available to every user, in every country, free of charge. There are three ways; you can use any of them.

1. In the app

• Delete a project: open the project list and click Delete. This removes the project and all of its files (videos, audio, subtitles, covers, publication results).
• Disconnect a platform: Settings → Connected accounts → Delete next to the account. This removes that platform's tokens, account ID and label from our server.
• Remove the face reference photo: Settings → face photo → remove.

2. On the platform

Revoke Gudini's access in the platform's own settings. This immediately disables the tokens; we also delete the stored tokens when we detect the revocation or when you ask us to.

• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions (or Apps and websites) → remove Gudini.
• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Gudini → Remove access.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → Gudini → Remove.
• Threads: in Threads settings, remove Gudini under Website permissions / Apps and websites.

3. By e-mail

Write to gudov.market@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us what to delete: everything, a specific project, a specific platform connection, or the face photo. To make sure the request comes from you, we confirm your identity through the connected account or username (for example, a message sent from the connected account, or a reply from the e-mail address we already have on record). We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. The procedure is free of charge and applies to all users regardless of country or of which platform they connected.

Legal exception: we keep only what the law obliges us to keep (for example, accounting records), for the period the law requires, and delete it afterwards. No other copies are kept.

9. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can exercise the following rights by e-mailing gudov.market@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days; there is no fee.

• Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data (for example, an account label).
• Erasure — delete your data (section 8).
• Restriction — ask us to stop processing certain data while a request is being handled.
• Portability — receive your own project files (videos, scripts, subtitles, covers) in the formats in which they are stored.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdrawal of consent — disconnect a platform or remove the face photo at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the issue directly first.

We confirm identity through the connected account or username before acting on a request.

10. Security

• All connections — to the site, to the hosting provider, to the rendering worker and to every processor — use HTTPS.
• The site is reachable only with the password issued by the Operator; every request is checked against the HTTP-only gudini_auth cookie.
• Tokens, videos and photos are stored server-side. Access to the server is limited to the Operator; no third party has access to it.
• Platform tokens are never exposed to the browser and never sent to AI or stock-media providers.
• If a security breach affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay and, where required, the supervisory authority.

11. Children

Gudini is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it. We do not knowingly process personal data of anyone under 18; access is issued personally by the Operator to adult creators. If we learn that we hold data of a minor, we delete it.

12. International data transfers

The Operator is located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and this Policy is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The servers of our hosting provider (Railway) and of the processors listed in section 6 may be located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Data is transferred to them only to perform the steps described above, over HTTPS, under their own privacy terms and the contractual safeguards they provide. By using Gudini you acknowledge that your data may be processed in these locations.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the service, the processors or the law change. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If a change is material (for example, a new category of data or a new processor), we will tell users in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.

1. Вы вводите тему; ИИ пишет сценарий примерно на 60 секунд.
2. Вы записываете видео на камеру со встроенным телесуфлёром или загружаете готовое.
3. Сервис монтирует автоматически: кадрирование 9:16 в 1080×1920, нормализация громкости, пословные субтитры, вставки b-roll, очистка речи и ИИ-обложка с вашим лицом (если вы загрузили референсное фото).
4. Вы публикуете результат на подключённые платформы или скачиваете MP4.

Другие разделы сайта: «Карусели» (ИИ-карусели из изображений), Threads (отдельный сервис, который может публиковать посты в Threads через Threads API; по умолчанию работает в режиме черновика / dry-run и ничего не публикует, пока вы явно не включите публикацию), «Балансы» (журнал расходов: сколько стоят сторонние ИИ-API по каждому проекту).

Доступ закрытый. Сайт защищён паролем; Оператор выдаёт пароль лично авторам и стримерам, с которыми работает. Публичной регистрации нет. Пользоваться Гудини можно только с 18 лет.

3. Какие данные мы обрабатываем

3.1 Контент, который вы предоставляете

• Текст темы и заметки, которые вы вводите для сценария, карусели или поста.
• Сценарии (написанные ИИ и отредактированные вами), а также заголовки, описания и хэштеги, которые вы редактируете.
• Видео и аудио, записанные с телесуфлёром или загруженные для монтажа. Запись может содержать ваше лицо, голос и всё, что в ней видно и слышно.
• Необязательное референсное фото лица. Используется только для генерации ИИ-обложек, похожих на вас. Его можно не загружать, заменить или удалить в настройках в любой момент.

3.2 Сгенерированные материалы

• Смонтированные видео (9:16, 1080×1920), аудио после очистки речи и промежуточные файлы рендера.
• Транскрипты и субтитры с пословными таймингами.
• Концепции обложек и сгенерированные ИИ обложки; сгенерированные ИИ изображения каруселей.
• Сгенерированные ИИ заголовки, описания, хэштеги и редакторские заметки, создаваемые при планировании.

3.3 Данные подключения платформ

При подключении платформы в «Настройки → Подключённые аккаунты» вы входите на странице самой платформы через её официальный OAuth. Гудини никогда не видит, не запрашивает и не хранит пароль от платформы. После вашего согласия платформа передаёт нам следующее — и ничего больше:

• Instagram — Instagram API with Instagram Login; разрешения instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_content_publish и instagram_business_manage_insights. Получаем и храним: токен доступа, ID вашего профессионального аккаунта Instagram, имя пользователя (подпись, показывающая, какой аккаунт подключён) и статистику ваших собственных постов и аккаунта из раздела 3.4.
• YouTube — YouTube Data API v3 и YouTube Analytics API; scopes youtube.upload, youtube.readonly и yt-analytics.readonly. Храним: токен доступа, refresh-токен, ID и название канала (подпись) и статистику ваших собственных роликов и канала из раздела 3.4.
• TikTok — Login Kit и Content Posting API; scopes user.info.basic, video.upload и video.publish. Храним: токен доступа, refresh-токен, open_id и отображаемое имя (подпись).
• Threads (раздел Threads) — Threads API; разрешения threads_basic и threads_content_publish. Храним: токен доступа, ID пользователя Threads и имя пользователя (подпись).

Токены хранятся только на сервере — никогда в браузере и никогда в cookie — и используются исключительно для целей, перечисленных в разделе 4.

3.4 Результаты публикации и статистика ваших постов

После публикации мы сохраняем то, что возвращает платформа: ID поста или медиа, URL опубликованного поста, статусное сообщение и время. Так в проекте видно, удалась ли публикация.

Чтобы показать, как работают ваши посты, Гудини читает статистику постов ваших собственных подключённых аккаунтов — в том числе выложенных не через Гудини — и число подписчиков этих аккаунтов. YouTube и Instagram читаются через их официальные API раз в 3 часа; TikTok — из TikTok Studio раз в 12 часов, во входе, который вы сделали в отдельном браузере Гудини для TikTok. По каждому посту храним: ID, ссылку, заголовок или первую строку подписи, дату, длительность и суммарные цифры — просмотры, охват, лайки, комментарии, репосты, сохранения, подписки с поста, посещения профиля, среднее время просмотра, долю пролиставших в первые секунды и долю досмотревших, — а также историю этих цифр и числа подписчиков. Это только счётчики: кто смотрел, лайкал или подписался, тексты комментариев и сообщения мы не получаем. Статистика видна только вам — в «Публикации → Статистика».

3.5 Технические данные и cookie

• Одна функциональная cookie gudini_auth. Она HTTP-only, содержит хэш пароля сайта (не сам пароль) и истекает через 30 дней. Нужна только для того, чтобы вы оставались в системе.
• На сайте нет аналитических, рекламных и трекинговых cookie, пикселей, SDK и фингерпринтинга.
• Стандартные серверные логи хостинг-провайдера: IP-адрес, путь запроса и время. Используются только для безопасности и диагностики.

3.6 Журнал расходов

По каждому проекту мы записываем суммы, потраченные на сторонние ИИ-API (генерация сценария, транскрипция, генерация изображений). Журнал содержит тему проекта и суммы; других персональных данных в нём нет.

3.7 Чего мы не собираем

Гудини не собирает платёжные данные, пароли от платформ, контакты и адресные книги, точную геолокацию и данные из ваших других соцсетей. Мы не читаем список ваших подписчиков, личные сообщения, тексты комментариев и данные других людей. Из статистики мы читаем только суммарные цифры ваших собственных постов и аккаунтов (раздел 3.4) и не используем запрошенные разрешения ни для чего, кроме описанного в этой Политике.

4. Зачем мы обрабатываем данные и на каком основании

Правовые основания описаны в терминах GDPR (ЕС); они применяются одинаково, где бы вы ни находились.

• Оказание запрошенной услуги — написание сценария, монтаж, генерация обложек и метаданных, хранение проектов и публикация на подключённые платформы по нажатию «Опубликовать». Основание: исполнение договора (Условия использования).
• Подключение платформ и публикация от вашего имени. Основание: ваше согласие, данное на экране OAuth платформы. Его можно отозвать в любой момент (раздел 8).
• Показ статистики ваших постов (раздел 3.4) и, по кнопке «Разбор», сравнение лучших и худших постов. Основание: ваше согласие на разрешения статистики, данное на экране OAuth платформы; отзыв — отключение аккаунта.
• Генерация обложек с вашим лицом. Основание: ваше согласие, выраженное загрузкой референсного фото. Отзыв — удаление фото в настройках.
• Контроль доступа, безопасность, предотвращение злоупотреблений, серверные логи и cookie авторизации. Основание: наш законный интерес — держать закрытый сервис закрытым и защищённым.
• Ведение журнала расходов и ответы на ваши запросы. Основание: законный интерес в работе сервиса, а также обязанности по закону там, где хранение записей обязательно.

Мы не принимаем автоматизированных решений с юридическими или сопоставимыми последствиями и не используем данные для маркетинга.

5. Данные Instagram и платформ Meta

Этот раздел описывает, как Гудини обращается с данными, полученными от платформ Meta — Instagram и Threads («Данные платформы»), — в соответствии с Условиями платформы Meta (Meta Platform Terms) и Политиками Meta для разработчиков (Meta Developer Policies).

Что мы получаем

Через Instagram API with Instagram Login с разрешениями instagram_business_basic и instagram_business_content_publish мы получаем токен доступа, ID вашего профессионального аккаунта Instagram и имя пользователя. С разрешением instagram_business_manage_insights — список ваших собственных постов со ссылками, датами и подписями, суммарную статистику каждого поста (просмотры, охват, лайки, комментарии, сохранения, репосты, подписки, посещения профиля, среднее время просмотра Reels и долю пролиставших Reels в первые секунды) и число подписчиков. Через Threads API с разрешениями threads_basic и threads_content_publish — токен доступа, ID пользователя Threads и имя пользователя. Ничего другого не запрашивается и не передаётся.

Для чего используем

1. Чтобы опубликовать видео и обложку, созданные в Гудини, как Reels в ваш собственный профессиональный аккаунт Instagram (или как пост в ваш собственный аккаунт Threads) — только когда вы нажимаете «Опубликовать» и только с подписью, которую вы одобрили.
2. Чтобы показать имя подключённого аккаунта в настройках — так видно, куда уйдёт публикация.
3. Чтобы показать вам — и только вам, — как работают ваши собственные посты и как меняется число подписчиков («Публикации → Статистика»), а по кнопке «Разбор» — сравнить лучшие и худшие посты, чтобы решить, что делать дальше.

Чего мы никогда не делаем

• Не используем Данные платформы для рекламы, для измерения или профилирования кого-либо, кроме вас, для создания или обогащения профилей пользователей. Статистика нужна только для того, чтобы показать вам результаты ваших же постов.
• Не продаём, не лицензируем, не передаём брокерам данных и любым другим третьим лицам.
• Не используем их и любой контент, полученный от Meta, для обучения или улучшения моделей ИИ и машинного обучения.
• Не читаем и не храним список ваших подписчиков, сообщения, тексты комментариев и данные других пользователей Instagram и Threads. Из статистики читаем только суммарные цифры ваших собственных постов и аккаунта.

С кем делимся

Данные платформы передаются на собственные API-эндпоинты Meta (graph.instagram.com и Threads API) для выполнения запрошенной вами публикации и чтения статистики ваших постов. Только когда вы нажимаете «Разбор», подписи и статистика ваших постов отправляются Anthropic (Claude, раздел 6), чтобы написать этот разбор для вас. Токен доступа никогда не отправляется ИИ-провайдерам, стоковым сервисам и любым другим обработчикам из раздела 6.

Где хранятся и как защищены

Токены и подписи аккаунтов хранятся только на сервере, передаются по HTTPS, никогда не попадают в браузер и cookie и доступны только Оператору.

Когда удаляются

Мы удаляем Данные платформы (токены, ID аккаунтов, имена пользователей, статистику постов), когда происходит любое из событий: вы удаляете аккаунт в «Настройки → Подключённые аккаунты → Удалить»; вы удаляете Gudini в Instagram (Настройки → Разрешения сайтов / Приложения и сайты); вы просите нас письмом (раздел 8); Meta отзывает или аннулирует доступ приложения; Оператор удаляет их сам. Если доступ отозвали вы или Meta, мы удаляем связанные Данные платформы, как только обнаруживаем отзыв, и не позднее чем через 30 дней. Видео и обложки, уже опубликованные в ваш аккаунт, остаются в Instagram или Threads по их правилам; управляете ими вы.

Соответствие

Мы соблюдаем Условия платформы Meta и Политики Meta для разработчиков. По запросу Meta мы подтверждаем удаление Данных платформы и показываем, как они используются, хранятся и удаляются.

6. Третьи лица, обрабатывающие данные для нас

Мы пользуемся следующими провайдерами. Каждый получает только то, что нужно для его шага, на его собственных условиях конфиденциальности, и никто из них не вправе использовать ваши данные для своих целей. Токены платформ не передаются никому, кроме платформы, которая их выдала.

• Railway (хостинг) — запускает приложение и хранит базу данных и файлы: проекты, видео, обложки, токены и логи. Весь трафик — по HTTPS. Воркер рендера может также работать на собственном компьютере Оператора; файлы проектов перемещаются между ним и сервером по HTTPS и хранятся с той же защитой.
• Anthropic (Claude) — получает тему, текст сценария, заголовки и редакторские заметки для написания сценариев, генерации метаданных (заголовки, описания, хэштеги) и концепций обложек; а по кнопке «Разбор» в «Публикации → Статистика» — заголовки или подписи и статистику ваших собственных постов, чтобы написать этот разбор.
• OpenRouter — получает такой же текст (тема, сценарии, заголовки) и направляет его текстовым и графическим ИИ-моделям для генерации сценариев, каруселей и концепций обложек.
• OpenAI (Whisper) — получает аудиодорожку вашего видео для распознавания речи в субтитры.
• ElevenLabs — получает аудиодорожку вашего видео для обработки звука и распознавания речи с пословными таймингами.
• Runway — получает текст концепции обложки и, если вы его загрузили, референсное фото лица для генерации ИИ-обложек.
• Pexels, Pixabay, Openverse, Wikimedia Commons, archive.org и Codex web search — получают только текст поискового запроса для подбора b-roll и иллюстраций. Персональные данные им не передаются.
• Meta (Instagram API, Threads API), Google (YouTube Data API v3) и TikTok (Login Kit, Content Posting API) — получают видео, обложку и подпись / заголовок / описание / хэштеги для публикации с использованием токенов, которые вы авторизовали.

Мы не продаём персональные данные и не передаём их рекламодателям и брокерам данных. Мы можем раскрыть данные, если этого требует закон или это необходимо для защиты прав и безопасности Оператора или пользователей; мы сообщим вам об этом, если закон позволяет.

7. Сколько мы храним данные

• Проекты и их файлы (тема, сценарии, загруженное и смонтированное видео, аудио, субтитры, обложки, результаты публикации, журнал расходов): пока вы не удалите проект («Удалить» в списке проектов) или его не удалит Оператор. Автоматического долгосрочного архива нет; удаление проекта удаляет его файлы.
• Токены платформ и подписи аккаунтов: пока вы не удалите аккаунт в «Настройки → Подключённые аккаунты → Удалить», не отзовёте доступ на платформе или не запросите удаление — либо пока их не удалит Оператор. Истёкшие токены обновляются только для того, чтобы публикация продолжала работать.
• Референсное фото лица: пока вы не замените или не удалите его в настройках или не попросите нас удалить.
• Cookie авторизации gudini_auth: 30 дней с момента входа или до выхода.
• Серверные логи: по умолчаниям хостинг-провайдера, обычно до 30 дней.
• Записи, которые мы обязаны хранить по закону (например, бухгалтерские, куда может входить журнал расходов): в течение установленного законом срока.

8. Как удалить свои данные

Удаление доступно каждому пользователю, в любой стране, бесплатно. Есть три способа; подойдёт любой.

1. В приложении

• Удалить проект: откройте список проектов и нажмите «Удалить». Удаляется проект и все его файлы (видео, аудио, субтитры, обложки, результаты публикации).
• Отключить платформу: «Настройки → Подключённые аккаунты → Удалить» рядом с аккаунтом. С сервера удаляются токены, ID аккаунта и подпись этой платформы.
• Удалить референсное фото лица: «Настройки → фото лица → удалить».

2. На платформе

Отзовите доступ Gudini в настройках самой платформы. Токены сразу перестают действовать; хранимые токены мы также удаляем, когда обнаруживаем отзыв или когда вы нас об этом просите.

• Instagram: Настройки → Разрешения сайтов (или «Приложения и сайты») → удалить Gudini.
• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Gudini → Удалить доступ.
• TikTok: Настройки и конфиденциальность → Безопасность → Управление разрешениями приложений → Gudini → Удалить.
• Threads: в настройках Threads удалите Gudini в разделе «Разрешения сайтов» / «Приложения и сайты».

3. По электронной почте

Напишите на gudov.market@gmail.com с темой «Delete my data» (можно по-русски: «Удалите мои данные»). Укажите, что удалить: всё, конкретный проект, подключение конкретной платформы или фото лица. Чтобы убедиться, что запрос от вас, мы подтверждаем личность через подключённый аккаунт или имя пользователя (например, сообщением с подключённого аккаунта или ответом с адреса, который у нас уже есть). Данные удаляем в течение 30 дней и подтверждаем письмом. Процедура бесплатна и действует для всех пользователей независимо от страны и подключённой платформы.

Исключение по закону: мы сохраняем только то, что обязаны хранить по закону (например, бухгалтерские записи), в течение установленного срока, после чего удаляем. Других копий не остаётся.

9. Ваши права

Где бы вы ни жили, вы можете воспользоваться следующими правами, написав на gudov.market@gmail.com. Отвечаем в течение 30 дней; плата не взимается.

• Доступ — получить копию персональных данных, которые мы о вас храним.
• Исправление — исправить неточные данные (например, подпись аккаунта).
• Удаление — удалить данные (раздел 8).
• Ограничение — попросить приостановить обработку определённых данных на время рассмотрения запроса.
• Переносимость — получить свои файлы проектов (видео, сценарии, субтитры, обложки) в форматах, в которых они хранятся.
• Возражение — возразить против обработки на основании законного интереса.
• Отзыв согласия — отключить платформу или удалить фото лица в любой момент; отзыв не затрагивает уже выполненную обработку.
• Жалоба — подать жалобу в надзорный орган по защите персональных данных в стране вашего проживания. Мы будем признательны за возможность сначала решить вопрос напрямую.

Перед выполнением запроса мы подтверждаем личность через подключённый аккаунт или имя пользователя.

10. Безопасность

• Все соединения — с сайтом, хостинг-провайдером, воркером рендера и каждым обработчиком — идут по HTTPS.
• Сайт доступен только по паролю, выданному Оператором; каждый запрос проверяется по HTTP-only cookie gudini_auth.
• Токены, видео и фото хранятся на сервере. Доступ к серверу есть только у Оператора; третьи лица доступа не имеют.
• Токены платформ никогда не попадают в браузер и никогда не отправляются ИИ-провайдерам и стоковым сервисам.
• Если инцидент безопасности затронет ваши данные, мы уведомим вас без неоправданной задержки и, где это требуется, надзорный орган.

11. Дети

Гудини — для взрослых. Пользоваться сервисом можно только с 18 лет. Мы сознательно не обрабатываем персональные данные лиц младше 18 лет; доступ выдаётся Оператором лично совершеннолетним авторам. Если мы узнаем, что храним данные несовершеннолетнего, мы их удалим.

12. Международная передача данных

Оператор находится в Республике Казахстан; настоящая Политика регулируется законодательством Республики Казахстан. Серверы нашего хостинг-провайдера (Railway) и обработчиков из раздела 6 могут находиться за пределами вашей страны, в том числе в США и Европейском союзе. Данные передаются им только для выполнения описанных выше шагов, по HTTPS, на их собственных условиях конфиденциальности и с предоставляемыми ими договорными гарантиями. Пользуясь Гудини, вы принимаете, что ваши данные могут обрабатываться в этих юрисдикциях.

13. Изменения Политики

Мы можем обновлять Политику при изменении сервиса, обработчиков или законодательства. Дата вступления в силу вверху страницы показывает актуальную версию. О существенных изменениях (например, новая категория данных или новый обработчик) мы сообщим пользователям в приложении до их вступления в силу. Продолжение использования после даты вступления в силу означает принятие обновлённой Политики.
