Data Deletion Instructions (English)

Gudini (Гудини) is a private AI studio for short vertical videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. This page explains, step by step, how to delete every piece of data that Gudini stores about you, including the data Gudini receives from Instagram through the Instagram API with Instagram Login (permissions instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_content_publish and instagram_business_manage_insights), from YouTube (YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API, scopes youtube.upload, youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly), from TikTok (Login Kit and Content Posting API, scopes user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish) and from Threads (Threads API, threads_basic, threads_content_publish).

Deletion is free of charge, available to all users in every country and region, does not require a reason and does not require an active login. There are three ways to delete data; you can use any of them or all three. Details of what we collect and why are in the Privacy Policy.

What Gudini stores about you

  1. Content you provide: the topic text, the script, the video and audio you upload or record with the built-in teleprompter, and an optional face reference photo (Settings → Author photo) used only to generate AI covers that look like you.
  2. Generated materials: the edited 9:16 video, transcripts and word-level subtitles, covers, titles/descriptions/hashtags, carousel images (Carousels section) and text drafts (Threads section).
  3. Platform connection data obtained through official OAuth (Gudini never receives or stores platform passwords):
    • Instagram: access token, Instagram professional account ID, username (used only as a label showing which account is connected).
    • YouTube: access token, refresh token, channel ID and channel title (label).
    • TikTok: access token, refresh token, open_id, display name (label).
    • Threads: access token and the identifier of the connected Threads account (label).
  4. Publication results: post/media IDs and URLs returned by the platform after publishing, and status messages.
  5. Technical data: one functional cookie gudini_auth in your browser (an HTTP-only hash of the site password, valid 30 days; it contains no personal data) and standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) kept by the hosting provider, Railway. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies/pixels.
  6. Cost journal: the amounts spent on third-party AI APIs per project (contains only the project topic, no other personal data).

All of this is stored server-side (hosting: Railway; a rendering worker may temporarily process project files on the operator's own computer and removes its temporary copies once rendering is finished). Nothing except the cookie is stored in your browser.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (takes effect immediately)

  1. Projects. Open the project list on the home page → on the project card choose Delete project (Удалить проект) → confirm. This permanently removes the project record and its folder on the server: the topic, the script, the uploaded or recorded video, the edited video, transcript and subtitles, the cover, the titles/descriptions/hashtags and the publication IDs/URLs of that project. There is no archive or backup copy, so the deletion cannot be undone. Posts already published to a platform remain on that platform — delete them there if you wish.
  2. Connected accounts. Open Settings (Настройки) → Accounts (Аккаунты — the list of connected accounts) → next to the account choose Disconnect (Отключить) → confirm. This deletes from the server that account's access token, refresh token (where the platform issues one) and the label. For Instagram this means the access token, the Instagram professional account ID and the username. From that moment Gudini cannot publish to that account or read anything about it. Note: this removes Gudini's copy of the authorisation; the platform may still list Gudini among authorised apps until you remove it there too (Option 2).
  3. Face photo. Open Settings → Appearance (Оформление) → Author photo (Фото автора) → Delete (Удалить). The face reference photo is removed from the server and is no longer sent to Runway for cover generation. Covers already generated stay inside their projects until those projects are deleted.
  4. Carousels, Threads. In the Carousels section choose Delete carousel (Удалить карусель) to remove the carousel with all its slides and illustrations (a post already published to Instagram remains there). Drafts in Threads are deleted in the section where they were created; if a particular item has no delete control, request its deletion by e-mail (Option 3).
  5. Cookie. Clear the site data for Gudini in your browser or simply wait: the gudini_auth cookie expires after 30 days and contains no personal data.

Option 2 — Revoke Gudini's access on the platform

Revoking the app on the platform immediately invalidates the token on the platform's side: Gudini can no longer make any API call on your behalf, publish anything or read anything, even before we delete our stored copy. We also delete the stored tokens, account IDs and labels when we detect the revocation (the next request to the platform is rejected and the connection is removed) or as soon as you ask by e-mail (Option 3).

  1. Instagram (Meta). In the Instagram app: your profile → menu (≡) → Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → Gudini → Remove. On the web: instagram.com → More → Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Gudini → Remove. After this, all further access by Gudini to your Instagram professional account through the Instagram API stops: the access token becomes invalid, Gudini can no longer publish Reels or read your username. We then delete the token, the professional account ID and the username label from our server (on detection or on request). Reels you already published stay on your Instagram account.
  2. Google (YouTube). Open myaccount.google.com/permissions → Third-party apps & services → Gudini → Remove access (or Delete all connections you have with Gudini). The access and refresh tokens for YouTube Data API v3 stop working immediately.
  3. TikTok. In the TikTok app: profile → menu (≡) → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions (Security) → Manage app permissions → Gudini → Remove access. The Content Posting API tokens stop working immediately.
  4. Threads. In the Threads app: your profile → Settings → Account → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → Gudini → Remove. Threads is linked to your Instagram account, so the same setting is also reachable from Instagram.

Option 3 — Request deletion by e-mail (everything, within 30 days)

  1. Send an e-mail to gudov.market@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data.
  2. In the message, tell us which platform account(s) you connected and their username or handle (for example the Instagram username, the YouTube channel name, the TikTok display name) and what you want deleted: everything, or only specific projects or connected accounts. Never send passwords — we do not need them and never ask for them.
  3. Identity check. We compare the username or account you name with the connected account stored in Gudini. If your e-mail does not match what we know about you, we may ask you to confirm the request from that connected account (for example, by a message sent from it) or answer a short question about your projects. We do this only to make sure we do not delete someone else's data.
  4. Completion. We delete everything listed in "What a full deletion request removes" below within 30 days of receiving the request (usually much sooner) and confirm by e-mail once it is done.
  5. The request is free of charge and is honoured for all users, regardless of country or region. You do not need to be logged in, and you can send it before or after revoking access on the platform.
  6. Legal-retention exception. The only data we may keep after a deletion request are records we are legally required to retain: accounting records of expenses on third-party APIs (amount, date, provider — with the project topic removed; never tokens, media or account IDs) and records needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. They are kept for the period required by applicable law and used for nothing else. Server logs held by the hosting provider expire automatically (typically within 30 days) and cannot be selectively deleted per user.

What a full deletion request removes

  • all your projects with their files: topics, scripts, uploaded/recorded and edited videos, transcripts, subtitles, covers, titles, descriptions, hashtags;
  • all platform connection data: Instagram access token, professional account ID and username; YouTube access/refresh tokens, channel ID and title; TikTok access/refresh tokens, open_id and display name; Threads token and account identifier;
  • all publication results: post/media IDs, URLs, status messages;
  • the face reference photo;
  • carousels and their images, Threads drafts;
  • the project topic in cost-journal entries (the amounts remain as accounting records — see the legal-retention exception).

Instagram / Meta Platform Data — exactly what is deleted and when

Through the Instagram API with Instagram Login Gudini receives and stores only: the access token, the Instagram professional account ID, the username (label in Settings) and, after each publication, the IDs and permalinks of the Reels published via Gudini together with status messages. This data is used solely to publish the video and cover you created as a Reel on your own account when you click Publish, and to show which account is connected. It is stored only on the server, never in the browser, and is sent to no one except Meta's own API (graph.instagram.com) to perform the publication you requested. It is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, selling, sharing with data brokers or training AI models.

  • Settings → Accounts → Disconnect: the access token, the professional account ID and the username are deleted immediately.
  • Removing Gudini in Instagram (Option 2): Meta invalidates the token at once, which stops all further access; we delete the stored token, account ID and username when we detect the revocation or on request.
  • E-mail request (Option 3): all Instagram data, including publication IDs and URLs, is deleted within 30 days with confirmation.
  • Deleting a project: removes the IDs and URLs of the Reels published from that project.
  • If Meta or you revoke or suspend the app's access for any reason, we delete the related Platform Data. Gudini complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

The Reels themselves belong to your Instagram account and are not deleted by any of these steps — delete them in Instagram if you wish.

Timeline summary

  • Deletion inside the app: immediate; no archive or backup; cannot be undone.
  • Revocation on Instagram, Google, TikTok or Threads: access stops immediately; our stored copy of the token is deleted on detection or on request.
  • E-mail request: completed within 30 days, confirmed by e-mail, free, for every user in every region.
  • Server logs at the hosting provider: expire per its defaults, typically within 30 days.
  • After deletion you may connect the same account again at any time — this creates a new authorisation and a new token.

Гудини (Gudini) — закрытая ИИ-студия коротких вертикальных видео для TikTok, YouTube Shorts и Instagram Reels. На этой странице по шагам описано, как удалить все данные, которые Гудини хранит о вас, включая данные, которые сервис получает от Instagram через Instagram API with Instagram Login (разрешения instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_content_publish и instagram_business_manage_insights), от YouTube (YouTube Data API v3 и YouTube Analytics API, области youtube.upload, youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly), от TikTok (Login Kit и Content Posting API, области user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish) и от Threads (Threads API, threads_basic, threads_content_publish).

Удаление бесплатно, доступно всем пользователям в любой стране и регионе, не требует объяснения причин и не требует входа на сайт. Есть три способа удалить данные — можно воспользоваться любым из них или всеми сразу. Что именно и зачем мы обрабатываем, описано в Политике конфиденциальности.

Какие данные о вас хранит Гудини

  1. Материалы, которые вы предоставляете: текст темы, сценарий, видео и аудио, которые вы загружаете или записываете со встроенным телесуфлёром, а также необязательное фото-образец лица (Настройки → Фото автора), которое используется только для генерации ИИ-обложек с вашим лицом.
  2. Сгенерированные материалы: смонтированное видео 9:16, транскрипты и пословные субтитры, обложки, заголовки/описания/хэштеги, изображения каруселей (раздел «Карусели») и текстовые черновики (раздел Threads).
  3. Данные подключения платформ, полученные через официальный OAuth (пароли от аккаунтов Гудини никогда не получает и не хранит):
    • Instagram: токен доступа, ID профессионального аккаунта Instagram, имя пользователя (только как подпись, показывающая, какой аккаунт подключён).
    • YouTube: токен доступа, refresh-токен, ID и название канала (подпись).
    • TikTok: токен доступа, refresh-токен, open_id, отображаемое имя (подпись).
    • Threads: токен доступа и идентификатор подключённого аккаунта Threads (подпись).
  4. Результаты публикаций: ID и ссылки постов/медиа, которые платформа возвращает после публикации, и сообщения о статусе.
  5. Технические данные: одна функциональная cookie gudini_auth в вашем браузере (HTTP-only-хэш пароля сайта сроком 30 дней; персональных данных не содержит) и стандартные серверные логи (IP-адрес, путь запроса, время), которые ведёт хостинг-провайдер Railway. Аналитических, рекламных и трекинговых cookie и пикселей нет.
  6. Журнал расходов: суммы, потраченные на сторонние ИИ-API по каждому проекту (содержит только тему проекта, других персональных данных нет).

Всё это хранится на сервере (хостинг Railway; воркер рендеринга может временно обрабатывать файлы проекта на компьютере оператора и удаляет временные копии после завершения рендера). В вашем браузере не хранится ничего, кроме cookie.

Способ 1 — Удалить в приложении (вступает в силу сразу)

  1. Проекты. Откройте список проектов на главной → на карточке проекта выберите Удалить проект → подтвердите. Запись проекта и его папка на сервере удаляются безвозвратно: тема, сценарий, загруженное или записанное видео, смонтированное видео, транскрипт и субтитры, обложка, заголовки/описания/хэштеги и ID/ссылки публикаций этого проекта. Архива и резервных копий нет, поэтому отменить удаление нельзя. Уже опубликованные на платформах посты остаются там — при желании удалите их на самой платформе.
  2. Подключённые аккаунты. Откройте Настройки → Аккаунты (список подключённых аккаунтов) → рядом с аккаунтом выберите Отключить → подтвердите. С сервера удаляются токен доступа этого аккаунта, refresh-токен (если платформа его выдаёт) и подпись. Для Instagram это токен доступа, ID профессионального аккаунта Instagram и имя пользователя. С этого момента Гудини не может ни публиковать в этот аккаунт, ни читать что-либо о нём. Обратите внимание: так удаляется копия авторизации у Гудини; на стороне платформы Гудини может оставаться в списке разрешённых приложений, пока вы не удалите его и там (Способ 2).
  3. Фото лица. Откройте Настройки → Оформление → Фото автора → Удалить. Фото-образец удаляется с сервера и больше не передаётся в Runway для генерации обложек. Уже созданные обложки остаются в своих проектах до удаления этих проектов.
  4. Карусели, Threads. В разделе «Карусели» выберите Удалить карусель — карусель удаляется со всеми слайдами и иллюстрациями (уже опубликованный в Instagram пост остаётся). Черновики в Threads удаляются в том разделе, где они созданы; если у конкретного элемента нет кнопки удаления, запросите удаление по e-mail (Способ 3).
  5. Cookie. Очистите данные сайта Гудини в браузере или просто подождите: cookie gudini_auth истекает через 30 дней и персональных данных не содержит.

Способ 2 — Отозвать доступ Гудини на самой платформе

Отзыв приложения на платформе сразу делает токен недействительным на стороне платформы: Гудини больше не может выполнять никакие запросы к API от вашего имени — ни публиковать, ни читать — ещё до того, как мы удалим свою копию. Сохранённые токены, ID аккаунтов и подписи мы также удаляем, когда обнаруживаем отзыв (очередной запрос к платформе отклоняется, и подключение удаляется) или сразу по вашему письму (Способ 3).

  1. Instagram (Meta). В приложении Instagram: ваш профиль → меню (≡) → Настройки и конфиденциальность → Разрешения для сайтов → Приложения и сайты → Активные → Gudini → Удалить. В браузере: instagram.com → Ещё → Настройки → Приложения и сайты → Активные → Gudini → Удалить. После этого любой дальнейший доступ Гудини к вашему профессиональному аккаунту Instagram через Instagram API прекращается: токен доступа становится недействительным, Гудини не может публиковать Reels и читать имя пользователя. Затем мы удаляем токен, ID профессионального аккаунта и подпись с именем пользователя со своего сервера (при обнаружении отзыва или по запросу). Уже опубликованные Reels остаются в вашем аккаунте Instagram.
  2. Google (YouTube). Откройте myaccount.google.com/permissions → Сторонние приложения и сервисы → Gudini → Закрыть доступ (или Удалить все связи с Gudini). Токены доступа и refresh-токены для YouTube Data API v3 сразу перестают работать.
  3. TikTok. В приложении TikTok: профиль → меню (≡) → Настройки и конфиденциальность → Безопасность и разрешения (Безопасность) → Управление разрешениями приложений → Gudini → Закрыть доступ. Токены Content Posting API сразу перестают работать.
  4. Threads. В приложении Threads: ваш профиль → Настройки → Аккаунт → Разрешения для сайтов → Приложения и сайты → Активные → Gudini → Удалить. Threads связан с вашим аккаунтом Instagram, поэтому та же настройка доступна и из Instagram.

Способ 3 — Запросить удаление по e-mail (всё, в течение 30 дней)

  1. Напишите на gudov.market@gmail.com письмо с темой Delete my data.
  2. В письме укажите, какие аккаунты платформ вы подключали, и их имя пользователя (например, имя пользователя Instagram, название канала YouTube, отображаемое имя TikTok), а также что именно удалить: всё или только отдельные проекты и подключённые аккаунты. Никогда не присылайте пароли — они нам не нужны, и мы их не запрашиваем.
  3. Проверка личности. Мы сверяем названное вами имя пользователя или аккаунт с подключённым аккаунтом, сохранённым в Гудини. Если ваш e-mail не совпадает с тем, что нам известно, мы можем попросить подтвердить запрос из этого подключённого аккаунта (например, сообщением из него) или ответить на короткий вопрос о ваших проектах. Это нужно только для того, чтобы не удалить чужие данные.
  4. Исполнение. Мы удаляем всё перечисленное ниже в разделе «Что удаляет полный запрос» в течение 30 дней с момента получения письма (как правило, значительно быстрее) и подтверждаем удаление по e-mail.
  5. Запрос бесплатен и выполняется для всех пользователей независимо от страны и региона. Входить на сайт не нужно; письмо можно отправить как до, так и после отзыва доступа на платформе.
  6. Исключение — хранение по закону. После запроса на удаление мы можем сохранить только те записи, которые обязаны хранить по закону: бухгалтерские записи о расходах на сторонние API (сумма, дата, провайдер — тема проекта удаляется; токены, медиафайлы и ID аккаунтов не сохраняются никогда) и записи, необходимые для установления, осуществления или защиты правовых требований. Они хранятся в течение срока, установленного применимым законодательством, и ни для чего другого не используются. Серверные логи у хостинг-провайдера истекают автоматически (как правило, в течение 30 дней), выборочно удалить их по пользователю нельзя.

Что удаляет полный запрос

  • все ваши проекты с файлами: темы, сценарии, загруженные/записанные и смонтированные видео, транскрипты, субтитры, обложки, заголовки, описания, хэштеги;
  • все данные подключения платформ: токен доступа, ID профессионального аккаунта и имя пользователя Instagram; токены доступа/refresh-токены, ID и название канала YouTube; токены доступа/refresh-токены, open_id и отображаемое имя TikTok; токен и идентификатор аккаунта Threads;
  • все результаты публикаций: ID и ссылки постов/медиа, сообщения о статусе;
  • фото-образец лица;
  • карусели с изображениями, черновики Threads;
  • тему проекта в записях журнала расходов (суммы остаются как бухгалтерские записи — см. исключение о хранении по закону).

Данные платформы Instagram / Meta — что именно и когда удаляется

Через Instagram API with Instagram Login Гудини получает и хранит только: токен доступа, ID профессионального аккаунта Instagram, имя пользователя (подпись в Настройках) и после каждой публикации — ID и ссылки на Reels, опубликованные через Гудини, вместе с сообщениями о статусе. Эти данные используются исключительно для того, чтобы по нажатию кнопки «Опубликовать» разместить созданные вами видео и обложку как Reels в вашем собственном аккаунте и показать, какой аккаунт подключён. Они хранятся только на сервере, никогда — в браузере, и не передаются никому, кроме собственного API Meta (graph.instagram.com) для выполнения запрошенной вами публикации. Они не используются для рекламы, профилирования, аналитики, продажи, передачи брокерам данных или обучения ИИ-моделей.

  • Настройки → Аккаунты → Отключить: токен доступа, ID профессионального аккаунта и имя пользователя удаляются немедленно.
  • Удаление Gudini в Instagram (Способ 2): Meta сразу аннулирует токен, что прекращает любой дальнейший доступ; сохранённые токен, ID аккаунта и имя пользователя мы удаляем при обнаружении отзыва или по запросу.
  • Запрос по e-mail (Способ 3): все данные Instagram, включая ID и ссылки публикаций, удаляются в течение 30 дней с подтверждением.
  • Удаление проекта: удаляет ID и ссылки на Reels, опубликованные из этого проекта.
  • Если Meta или вы отзовёте или приостановите доступ приложения по любой причине, мы удаляем связанные данные платформы. Гудини соблюдает Meta Platform Terms и Developer Policies.

Сами Reels принадлежат вашему аккаунту Instagram и ни одним из этих шагов не удаляются — при желании удалите их в Instagram.

Сроки — кратко

  • Удаление в приложении: немедленно; архива и резервных копий нет; отменить нельзя.
  • Отзыв в Instagram, Google, TikTok или Threads: доступ прекращается немедленно; наша копия токена удаляется при обнаружении отзыва или по запросу.
  • Запрос по e-mail: выполняется в течение 30 дней, подтверждается письмом, бесплатно, для любого пользователя в любом регионе.
  • Серверные логи у хостинг-провайдера: истекают по его правилам, как правило в течение 30 дней.
  • После удаления вы можете снова подключить тот же аккаунт в любое время — это создаст новую авторизацию и новый токен.
